Cathy has been involved with E Fry Ottawa for many years now and is happy to be in the role of the Executive Director.
With two degrees from Carleton University, over 25 years of integral coaching, and considerable experience in the field of social justice and social services, Cathy has developed a vast understanding of and commitment to the vulnerable population that E Fry Ottawa serves. Cathy’s inclusive and feminist approach has impacted the staff, clients, and organization as a whole, in positive and enriching ways.
