La JFN offre un environnement de vie favorable aux femmes adultes condamn\u00e9es par les gouvernements f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et provincial et aux personnes de diverses identit\u00e9s de genre en transition vers la communaut\u00e9. Le personnel de la JFN aide les clients \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir leur r\u00e9insertion dans la communaut\u00e9 en leur offrant un environnement s\u00fbr et encourageant o\u00f9 les r\u00e9sidents peuvent se concentrer sur l'emploi, l'\u00e9ducation et la r\u00e9insertion familiale et communautaire, avec le soutien d'autres services d'E Fry Ottawa et d'autres soutiens communautaires plus larges. Lotus House staff provide community-based supervision to residents who would otherwise likely be held in custody pending the resolution of their criminal charges. Residents access other E Fry Ottawa services, including counselling, crisis intervention, education and employment guidance, and referrals to other community resources.
