Youth Reintegration and Diversion Worker (full-time temporary – 12 months)
The Youth Reintegration and Diversion Worker provides programs and services for youth between the ages of 12-17 who have been impacted by the criminal justice system. They provide a holistic, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to guide youth through their involvement in the criminal justice system, including diversion programs. They support youth with their healing and growth and facilitate the development of skills needed to become healthy, productive, and responsible members of society.
Residential Support Worker – Lotus House (full-time days)
Provide case management support to residents including development of and weekly updates to the Plan of Care, identify needs, recommend changes in individual program plans and provide assistance that is consistent with the overall plan for each individual. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and statistics regarding all aspects of service delivery as required to support the needs of residents and the requirements of our funders. Assist in the overall security and maintenance of the residence.
Residential Support Worker (relief)
Provide support to residents, including emotional support, therapeutic listening, crisis intervention, conflict resolution and resource referrals. Support permanent residential staff by contributing to case management support for residents. Maintain records and contribute to safety and maintenance of the residence(s)
