Residential and Community Support Worker (relief)

Provide support to residents, including emotional support, therapeutic listening, crisis intervention, conflict resolution and resource referrals. Support permanent residential staff by contributing to case management support for residents. Maintain records and contribute to safety and maintenance of the residence(s)

Community Liaison Worker (Ottawa-Carleton Detention Centre)

The Community Liaison Worker (OCDC) provides support four days a week to women and gender-diverse people who are incarcerated at the Ottawa-Carleton Detention Centre. One day a week, the position provides reintegration support to clients at our main office and in the community.

Volunteer Coordinator (part-time)

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision of
volunteers who support clients participating in E Fry Ottawa programs and services.
